Objective: This session is geared to help Plan Administrators gain new insights into the step-by-step process needed to determine a fair renewal. We will also review how insurance companies justify adjustments and how to implement proactive, cost-mitigating renewal strategies.

Peter Demangos is the founder and managing director of PDF Financial Group Inc., an insurance and investment brokerage specializing in employee benefit solutions.Peter has an MBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University and Bachelor of Commerce and Finance from the University of Toronto. Peter’s other designations include Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU).
